Who it's for

Three personas. One sharp use case.

Persona 01

Mid-market DPO

Run DSAR workflow for 5–50 requests per quarter without an enterprise GRC stack.

Persona 02

Founder-DPO at SaaS scaleup

You're the DPO because nobody else volunteered. Need working software, not a 40-page guide.

Persona 03

Legal Ops Manager

Process intake, redaction, and response across multiple business units with audit trail.

What it does

Six features. All operational.

01

Intake form with verification

Standard DSAR request form, identity verification step, automatic 30-day timer start.

02

Search across data sources

Pre-configured connectors to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, and major CRMs.

03

Redaction queue

PDF and image redaction with audit log of what was redacted and why.

04

Response pack generator

Cover letter, response itself, redacted evidence bundle, audit trail.

05

Statutory clock

Visible countdown to the 30-day deadline. One-click 60-day extension with logged reason.

06

Article 15 compliance

Built to the explicit requirements of UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 15.

Regulation in plain English

The GDPR backdrop.

UK GDPR Article 15 and EU GDPR Article 15 give data subjects the right to obtain confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed and, if so, access to that data. The controller must respond within one calendar month — extendable by two further months for complex requests, with the extension itself notified within the original month.

The volume of these requests has roughly tripled since 2024 as automated submission tools have matured. Mid-market companies (50–500 staff) are typically processing 2–20 DSARs per quarter without dedicated software, often missing the deadline or producing audit-poor responses. The fine for non-compliance is up to 4% of global turnover or £17.5m / €20m (whichever is higher) — but the operational risk is the bigger driver.

Questions

Common questions before joining the waitlist.

When does it ship?
Q3 2026. Beta access for waitlist members starts early Q3; general availability mid-Q3.
What's the pricing model?
Per-DSAR with a small monthly base for the workbench. Pricing tiers published at launch — waitlist gets 30 days of early-bird rates.
Does it work for both UK GDPR and EU GDPR?
Yes. The Article 15 requirements are near-identical. The workbench applies UK or EU specifics based on the data subject's location, recorded on the intake form.
What about Article 17 (right to erasure)?
Right-to-erasure is a separate workflow due to launch alongside DSAR — the same workbench will handle Article 15, 16, 17, and 18 by general availability.
